Product return agreement between Multi Concept Marketing LLC and ShipOffers (ShipOffers,
being the selected fulfillment company).
ShipOffers will receive and inspect all returns received on behalf of Multi Concept Marketing LLC.
ShipOffers to the best of their ability will sort merchandise between resalable and non-resalable.
ShipOffers will credit Multi Concept Marketing LLC for all products that can be resold.
ShipOffers will charge Multi Concept Marketing LLC a flat $2.00 fee per return shipment.
LIABILITY: Multi Concept Marketing LLC shall indemnify ShipOffers from liability, loss or
damage arising out of shipping properly inspected returned merchandise, with the exception
of negligence of any staff member of ShipOffers.
